TERMS & CONDITIONS

Laser Hair Reduction Appointments: ALL first time clients of Denellen Advanced Laser Clinic are required to have a pre-laser consultation and test patch 24 hours prior to first laser treatment regardless whether this is a first treatment or you have had treatments conducted elsewhere.

Online bookings - Please note a NON REFUNDABLE $50 booking fee is required in order to secure your appointment time (AND NOT FULL TREATMENT FEES as requested by Paypal when booking online.) This $50 will be deducted off the price of your treatment on arrival for your scheduled appointment time. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to the appointment then the appointment time will not be reserved.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please note a 24 hour cancellation is kindly requested if you are unable to keep your appointment and a full refund of your payment will be given. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will forfeit the $50 booking fee.

Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers - Failure to attend your appointment, cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior will result in forfeiture of voucher.
